Our Story

Frankie Junior Co. was founded in 2019 with the mission to celebrate the joy that pets bring to our lives every day. Since its inception, FJC has sold thousands of bandanas through Etsy, local Austin pet boutiques, and in-person market events, and has grown a following of pet-lovers across the country. Every item is handmade by Caroline and the FJC team with love, dedication, and attention to detail. We strive to deliver beautiful, quality products at an affordable price to pet owners everywhere.

We’re passionate about pets.

Frankie, our shop's namesake, is (probably) a Chihuahua and Italian Greyhound mix, rescued through Austin Pets Alive in 2018 after surviving a battle with Parvo. Her silly, goofy personality shines every day and exemplifies the drop of sunshine that we strive to inject into each bandana we make. Frankie makes an instant friend out of every person she meets and brings a smile to every face.

Daphne, our second in command, is a Dachshund and Papillion mix, rescued through Dream Dachshund Rescue as a puppy in 2016. A fierce protector of her little sister and leader of the pack, Daphne brings a special sass into every room she enters, and her enormous ears are outsized only by her giant personality. Daphne insists that she doesn’t mind it's her little sister's name on the shop, but we aren’t fully convinced.
